My name is Ben, a First Contact Physiotherapist serving at Marton Medical Practice, Newton Drive Health Centre, and Layton Medical Centre.
With both international and UK training, and over 10 years of experience in this role, I possess a high level of proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and diagnostic skills.
My roles include accurately assessing patients’ acute/chronic pain, conducting holistic examination of joints, spines, and muscles to provide advice on tailored treatments that meet individual needs, request for necessary diagnostic scans, make referrals to secondary care when necessary or identify emergency cases (red flags).
My ultimate goal is to assist the GPs in delivering timely comprehensive care, ensuring that patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
